When is the Bienal de RosaRIO 2027?
From Monday, March 29 to Sunday, April 4, 2027, in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.
The exact duration of each activity and of the side events in other cities is adjusted according to the reading of the river’s environmental pulse at the start of the edition.
Why does the river set the calendar?
Because the Biennial understands the river as a subject, not as scenery. The environmental pulse of the Paraná orders the event’s international and collective calendar: it defines how long the local edition lasts and how long the side events last in the participating cities.
It is a conceptual decision with practical consequences: the program is modular and its final version is confirmed in the weeks before the opening.
Where does it take place? Is there a central venue?
There is no central venue. The exhibition is territorially distributed along and from the River Strip, and the program reaches the city’s districts and the islands across from it.

How can I become a venue or partner?
Write to us telling us what space, team or capacity you can contribute. We are especially interested in institutions located outside the city center and neighborhood organizations with sustained work in the area.
